Ivan is sitting on the couch when Ms. Montgomery comes home. She instantly yells at him, asking him what he’s doing there. When she steps closer, he reaches out and pulls her to his lap on the couch. She kicks and screams at him to let go, thrashing her legs. He keeps a tight grip on her wrists and maneuvers her to a kneeling position in front of the couch. Her black mini skirt slips up as she slides to her knees. Ivan tells her that the boys have gotten together and decided that she was a pretty shitty boss and decided to do something about it. Carissa tries to defends her self that she does exactly what it written for her to do in the company guidelines.
Ivan explains to her how sometimes you have to break the rules, tightly binding her wrists behind her. When Ivan mentions a co-worker, you get to see exactly what a cold hearted bitch Ms. Montgomery really is as she explains why he had to be at work. The next rope goes to her elbows and lashes them side by side, the hemp biting into her skin. He lifts her up and tosses her on the couch to tie her ankles. He explains how she needs to be flexible and be willing to bend a few rules. She tries to tell him what he wants to hear, even tossing in a bonus to their checks. Ivan isn’t buying it. He finishes the knot behind her heels locking them on her feet. He adds another rope to her knees to make sure her legs are nice and secure.
After a brief discussion about her wardrobe, Ivan stuffs a big ball of cloth in her mouth and winds electrical tape around her head over and over again. Ivan then explains to her what’s going to happen to her in the future if things don’t change. He unbuttons her blouse and pulls out her breasts. Her skirt is more of a belt, and little miss by the book, is now stripped, bound and gagged in a very undignified way.
Ms. Montgomery is repositioned to lay on the couch and Ivan adds a rope to her waist and threads her ankles to it locking her in a tight hogtie. She wiggles her feet but isn’t able to move much else once he cinches down her legs. He reminds her of the consequences if she doesn’t do exactly as he says then leaves her to struggle to really drive in how vulnerable she really is. Ivan returns after a while and carries Ms. Montgomery to bed, planning to keep her bound and gagged for the night.
