Betty has not been behaving herself and Ivan is going to fix that. Betty is gagged and boxties which is tied off to a pulley above her head. Ivan has Betty kneeling on a box as he ties her ankles together. Ivan first tickles Betty with his hand and late steps up to an electric toothbrush. It takes a little work but Ivan gets his point a crossed.
