She can still whimper and whine behind the gag, but at least it's a little quieter. He places her shoes back on her feet – she must have been kicking pretty hard to get those off even with the rope holding them on – and watches her sexy ass struggle as he reties the rope. Finally she's all packed up to go, so Ivan lifts her to his shoulder and carries her out.
